AVOID unless you're ready to be messed about.

Based on the reviews, I agreed with Gary, that he would service and MoT several vehicles. One at a time. I'm a disabled veteran and it makes a huge difference when businesses are professional and do what they say they'll do. He said he knew a guy at the Coleraine MoT Centre and the months of waiting time for an MoT test wouldn't be a problem. On the day he was to service the first car, we agreed I would telephone first, to arrange a time to drop the car with him. He wouldn't answer my calls and when I drove out to his premises, he lied to my face, about not taking calls because they were too busy. He'd obviously changed his mind and/or realised that he'd over-promised. But, perhaps because he's very short. He wasn't man enough to tell me himself. He chose to mess me about and keep me waiting for two weeks, for a service that was never going to happen. This isn't the first time I've had really unprofessional service in the area. Hopefully it'll be the last time.
