Sourced the blockage problem at the street
We had a problem with our drains blocking between our house and the street. The Waterboard said there wasn't a problem on street side. So we called this Drain Jetting Company who arrived out the same day and sourced the blockage problem at the street with CCTV drain camera. John gave me a copy of the video on a memory stick and I was able to have the Waterboard return and fix the broken pipe.
I would certainly recommend using this company, they had my job sorted very quickly.
