Avonmere Care Home is a residential and dementia care home in Downend, Bristol. Our care home is a vibrant community of care and enjoys regular visits from local schools and clubs. We get out and about visiting local sites of interest in our own mini-bus. Food is freshly prepared on-site every day by our chef team and guests are welcome to visit the home any time they like.
