Just because you pay up doesnt mean you can be mistreated

My daugther suffers from anxiety related ticks and siezures. She put in an order for flooring for 1 room in October 2023. She was on phone numerous occassions and the girls in office either didnt answer phone or tol her she was too busy. This went on til early december when her mother called to office and was told by the same girl she was very and she will have the flooring delivered on either 18th or 19th. On 18th was told it was 19th and on the 19th was told her order was lying on the floor it would be 20th. Her mother said the furniture had been moved puting our daughter and 2 children out and a fitter was landing at 5. The receptionists answer and i quote "What do you want me to do about it. I dont need this , tell her to forget about it". The answer was a courtesy call at least. On the way home our daughter phoned saying the girl had texted that she was not getting the flooring because her mother had queried her professionalism. This story needs to be shared
