Professional Stress Management is designed to help you, as an individual, deal with specific sources of stress. The first stage is to look at your life and the sources of stress in it. Then to prioritise the areas you wish to change. Sometimes it is possible for you to learn new skills or to hone established ones to deal with specific situations or people who are causing you to feel stressed. Sometimes you may need to change things in your life to remove the stressors. It may be the case that changing your lifestyle; more exercise, relaxation or massage therapy, diet or new leisure activities may help.
