I find the care provided by Bupa Dental practice excellent.Staff are friendly and extremely helpful in these strange Covid times There may be a long waiting time for appointments but staff go out of their way to be helpful and explain in detail why this happens I have just had a special aerosol appointment where the dentist has to take precautionary measures to protect himself ,dental nurse and me from cross infection!High standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained throughout the procedures..staff all wear protective PPE which reduces the risk of aerosol transmission in these Covid times. I feel safe and feel that my needs are met on every visit. General costs are quite inexpensive and very good value . A bonus is the free parking provision for clients who can use the nearby car park in what can be a very busy thoroughfare! This practice of using text messages to remind one of appointments excellent and avoids missed appointments !! A great Dental Service!
